How do I access the courses?
Click "Access the Learning Center" and sign in. If you're already a DMARCS customer, use the Learning Center link inside your DMARCS account instead, no separate password needed. Otherwise, sign up with an email and password from the sign-in page.
Do I need to complete Foundational before Intermediate?
Yes. Each tier builds on the last, and the Intermediate and Advanced certification exams assume you already know the material from the tier below.
Is there a cost?
The Foundational tier is free for anyone to sign up. Pricing for Intermediate and Advanced certifications will be announced when those tiers launch.
How long does a certification stay valid?
Certifications are valid for two years from the date you earn them. DMARCS ships new features regularly, so recertification keeps your credential current.
